Wedding Showcase — On-Site Studio & Social Media Campaign

Objective:
Enhance brand recognition and create a memorable client experience as a partner vendor in a sister company’s wedding showcase, while supporting lead generation for fellow vendors.

My Role:

Strategized and executed an on-site studio setup for couples to enjoy complimentary shoots
Curated trending wedding props to highlight modern wedding styles and inspire attendees
Planned and launched social media promotions to drive event attendance
Oversaw live engagement at the event, ensuring couples experienced our team’s creative process
Directed post-event workflow, delivering photos to couples within one week to sustain brand recall

Outcome:

The showcase activation gave couples a personal and engaging introduction to our brand while adding value to partner vendors. The hands-on experience, modern styling, and quick photo delivery left a lasting impression and successfully positioned the team as both creative and professional.
