Wedding Expo Booth & Campaign — Muji-Inspired Concept

Objective:
Create a standout presence at a major wedding expo to attract clients, strengthen brand awareness, and convert leads into bookings.


My Role:

Directed and managed the entire campaign with support from two colleagues

Developed a Muji-inspired booth concept featuring cream, maroon, and beige tones
-
Designed booth layout, physical collaterals, and digital assets
-
Planned and executed pre-expo social media marketing campaigns to build anticipation
-
Produced on-site digital content to capture attention and drive foot traffic during the event

Outcome:
The campaign successfully elevated brand visibility, created strong engagement before and during the expo, and converted leads into sales, generating $58K revenue within one month.

Post-event Marketing
Extended Promo
Finally, created an Ad for 4 days post-event to extend our package promo prices. This promo were also shared to the 100+ leads we got from the event itself which then resulted additional sign-ups up to $58K revenue for the month.
