Sypnosis:

When given the thought about anxiety, the best visualization was one that I had in an event where I witness a classmate of mine experiencing a mental breakdown during a class presentation.

She broke down into tears and ran out of class impulsively, concerned I followed as soon as I knew she needed emotional support.

We sat down and I opened up my ears to listen to her thoughts,
She described herself to be in a bubble, that was impossible to escape,
causing her to suffocate with all the external things life had to offer.
It was difficult for her to explain thoroughly,
but this image best visualised her thought process.

Therefore, this piece is dedicated to a dear classmate of mine,
Nayli.
